Return Process
At HEROX Sports, we strive for the highest quality and customer satisfaction with all our products. However, we understand that there may be reasons why you wish to return a product.
You can request a return by contacting us at info@heroxsocks.nl.
PLEASE NOTE: If you choose to have your package delivered to a PostNL pickup point, or if it is automatically sent there because the courier missed you, and it is not collected within seven days, we cannot guarantee a reshipment. In such cases, we will issue a refund for the value of the products plus shipping costs. This rule also applies in cases where an incorrect address was entered.
Return Conditions
You have 28 days from the purchase date to return an unopened product, counting from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be in its original packaging.
- The product must be unused and in a resellable condition.
- The product must have been purchased through our official website.
Return Shipping Costs
The shipping costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective or damaged.
Refund Process
If your return is approved, we will send you a confirmation email and process the refund within 14 days. The amount will be refunded to the original payment method used when placing the order.
